Q1. What areas/locations do you service?
Answer: We are currently operating in the major areas of Dubai. To check if we serve your location, visit our Service Location Page.
Q2. What is the turnaround time for the laundry service?
Answer: Our standard time for dry cleaning items is two working days. However, for special items like carpets, curtains, shoes, and bags our cleaning time is 7-10 working days. Other items like wedding gowns and hand wash items also fall under this category.
For our customers who are pressed on time, we offer EXPRESS SERVICES as well (both for dry cleaning and ironing ). The turnaround time can be as quick as 4-5 working hours, to 12 hours or 24 hours as well. Please call our toll free number +971-800-3301 for more information about cost and process. Q3. How do I book a laundry pick-up/delivery?
Answer: Yes. You can either email us at info@divalaundry.com and or call us on +971-800-3301 to request a pick-up. Alternatively, you can even call us on our branch numbers to schedule a pick-up or delivery.
Q4. Do you offer laundry pick-up/delivery services?
Answer: Yes. We pick up and delivery at your doorstep. All you need to do is call us or email us and we will arrange it for you.
Q5. Can I reschedule a collection or delivery?
Answer: Of course! All you need to do is inform our call center agents and request a reschedule. We will be happy to assist you without any extra cost.
Q6. What services does Diva Laundry provide?
Answer: We offer a range of services to our valued customers. Right from regular laundry for items like shirts, trousers, suits, etc., to specialized cleaning services for the sofa, carpet, wedding dress, soft toys, bags and shoes, curtains,
mascots, and other costumes. We do it all for you!
Q7. How do I pay for the service?
Answer: You can choose to pay either by cash or through credit/debit card. Our drivers carry the card swiping machines with them for your convenience. In case you chose to pay at your doorstep through the card.
Q8. Is there any minimum charge for laundry pickup and delivery?
Answer: There is no minimum order required for pick up and delivery. However, there are certain charges for pick-up and delivery if the order amount falls below a certain sum.
Q9. What should I do if I missed a scheduled collection/delivery?
Answer: Do not worry at all! We will get that sorted for you. Just give us a call and we will do it again for you!
Q10. Do you also provide Alteration Services?
Answer: Yes, we do minor alterations for our customers at a very reasonable cost.
Q11. What are your operating hours?
Answer: Monday to Sunday from 8 A.M to 10 P.M.
Q12. Do I have to separate the laundry and dry cleaning items?
Answer: We accept laundry separated or not! It's your choice. We will do it for you if you chose so.
Q13. Can I provide my own laundry detergent?
Answer: We have in-house experts who analyse the garments and take a careful decision on which cleaning agent should be used to clean each item properly and avoid damages or wear and tear. We procure best of the cleaning agents to make sure that our cleaning comes out to your utmost satisfaction. That’s why we rely on our chemicals to do the job for you so that you can just sit back and relax!
Q14. Are you open on Fridays?
Answer: Yes, we do. We are open 7 days a week.
Q.15 How can you make sure my items won’t be damaged?
Answer: Once damage is reported by the customer, we investigate the matter to understand the cause and nature of damage. We ask for purchase proof and confirm the item value. Diva Laundry’s liability for compensation is limited to 5 times the cost of processing the item.
