How do I book a pickup or delivery?

Just schedule via our website or mobile app or call us at 800-3301. Pickup is free and usually arrives within 30 minutes.

What are the accepted payment methods?

You can pay by cash, credit/debit card, or automated billing through our mobile app. Our drivers are equipped with POS machines for payments at your doorstep.

Is there a minimum order value or delivery charge?

Yes orders must be at least AED 30, with a delivery surcharge of AED 7 + 5% VAT if needed.

Do I need to separate laundry and dry cleaning items?

No. Our fabric specialists will sort and separate your items according to care labels and your instructions, ensuring proper handling and quality checks.

What are your operational hours?

We operate 7 days a week, with pickup and delivery typically available from 8 AM to 10 PM.

What if I miss a scheduled pickup or delivery?

No worries just contact our customer support, and we’ll happily reschedule at no extra cost

Do you offer alterations or repair services?

Absolutely! We provide tailoring and alteration services through our Alteration Boutique. Bridal wear, minor tailoring, and repairs can be handled efficiently.
